Palombaro, Abruzzo. 1900s, original and unique style, farm house with fantastic mountain views, garden and easy access. This stone property has an unusual architecture and position that makes it stand out and has a view in almost every direction. There is a private entrance by car with off-road parking. A front garden with mountain views and well with a total of 300sqm of garden. The property is around 140sqm with the ground floor made up of 3 separate rooms , including garage. Via the main door, up a few grand steps, there is access to three rooms. There is electricity and water and sewage are easily connected.
Lanciano, Abruzzo. 4 bed, vaulted ceilings, in the old part of the city of Lanciano with terraces and fantastic views. Original condition, 4 bedroom town house with original stone and brick, and vaulted ceilings, in the old part of Lanciano. Torricella Peligna, Abruzzo. Detached, habitable, 4 bedroom house with a separate old, stone house, barn, garage and garden in a peaceful hamlet close to lake Bomba. The main detached house of 110sqm has 1000sqm of garden around it, overlooking green valleys, in a good state of repair and habitable. In front of the main entrance there is a covered patio area. From the main entrance you access a corridor, from which there is a kitchen with a fireplace and a long balcony, there is also a bathroom with shower (connected to mains sewage), with 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom.
